New OA history journal
The first issue of the Open Access journal AEON. Forum für junge Geschichtswissenschaft (a forum for junior history scholars) will appear on 15 October. The event will be marked by a ceremonial presentation in the Albertina, the library of the University of Leipzig. The journal was founded at the end of 2008 by a group of undergraduates and PhD students and it is produced in cooperation with the scholarly publishers Meine Verlag.
