PEER invites tenders for a study on economic impact of Green Open Access
The Publishing and the Ecology of European Research (PEER) consortium consortium has just published an invitation to tender for a study on the cost and economic impact of Green Open Access. The study will provide an insight into the cost to repositories, libraries and scholars of depositing journal articles in repositories and making them openly accessible, the economic impact on publishers and the total system costs now and in the future. The deadline for submissions is 17:00 on 29 October 2009.
