Exhibition on Open Access
A two-day Exhibition on Open Access (OA) will take place on 7 and 8 October 2009 within the framework of the Konstanz Open Access Days. The exhibition will give publishers, repositories, OA journals and other OA-related projects an opportunity to present their products and services to a broad cross-section of the German-speaking science sector. Scientists and other interested parties will have a chance to obtain on-the-spot information on the various projects and get expert advice on OA implementation.

Booth fittings | Each exhibitor receives one table (ca. 70 x 140 cm) and one chair pro booth. |
Paperboard display | Each exhibitor receives a paperboard display (German Industry Standard (DIN) AO) |
Electricity supply | Please order by 31.08.2009. (Exhibitors must bring their own multi-outlet power strips and extension cords.) |
Internet connection | Each participant receives a WLAN account for the duration of the event. |
Beamer | Cannot be supplied. (Exhibitors must bring their own. The same applies to flat screens.) |

Registration of an exhibition booth
If you wish to rent an exhibition booth, you can register by e-mail, fax or post. To register for the Exhibition on Open Access, please use the Exhibition registration form. After you have registered your request for a booth, you will receive e-mail confirmation of your registration. This confirmation will contain details of the fee payable and the bank account to which it should be transferred. Please transfer the fee to the said account within 14 days of receipt of confirmation. You are not bindingly registered until we receive your payment. Once payment is received, you will be included on the list of exhibitors. You will receive the invoice by e-mail.
In order to make an exhibition look attractive, it is essential that booths be occupied the whole time. We would be grateful, therefore, if you could ensure that your booth is occupied on both days.
