"Copyright for Action and Research": recommendations on the transfer of rights

In August 2009, VG WORT, the German collecting society responsible for written works, wrote to all registered authors requesting them to transfer rights under the Google Settlement Agreement to the society. Since this letter gives rise to a number of questions and has left many authors unsettled, the Coalition for Action "Copyright for Action and Research" has issued recommendations to scientific and scholarly authors regarding the transfer of rights to VG Wort.
