What does Open Science offer me? - New online course published

The Open Science team at the University of Konstanz has created the new training series "Open Science: From Data to Publications"

The Open Science team from the Communications, Information, Media Centre (KIM) at the University of Konstanz has published the new training course "Open Science: From Data to Publications". The online course introduces the various aspects of Open Science in research and teaching and is available free of charge as a stream. In the six instructional videos, beginners and advanced learn first-hand about open science.  Experts answer questions such as: Which advantages does Open Science offer you and your research? What are FAIR data and data management plans?

The focus is on research data management, open access publishing and the sharing of teaching materials as open educational resources (OER). In this context, organisational, technical and legal best practices in publishing and preparing scientific data and texts will be dealt with in a practical way.
